The USDA Prime shortrib boneless is extremely tender and has a very balanced beef flavor. Well marbled, these boneless shortribs can be grilled over high heat or over the barbeque.

It can also be sliced into yakiniku cuts and used into a sweet sauce shortrib boneless rice bowls with onsen eggs topped with furikake and fried garlic chips.
