Our raw & ready to roast (raw) Australian Pork Belly has been marinated overnight with in house spice mix . The pork skin has been pricked by hand and air dried for 48 hours to achieve extreme skin crackle and crunchiness. The set comes with prepacked salt crystals and instructions to roast a perfect roast pork belly!
800g Airfryer size feed 4-5 pax | 1kg size feeds 5-6 pax | 2 kg size feeds 10-12 pax
Note Size of the pork will shrink post roasting. Sio Bak Air fryer size is approx 15-18cm x 15-18cm before roasting (size does vary, but it should fit the largest sized airfryer)
As the roast pork belly is freshly prepared upon request, please give us 3-4 days advance notice to prepare your order.
