A perennial favourite at the dining table is our Lobster Bisque, made by slow boiling lobsters and other popular shellfish then reduced to a creamy rich texture. Goes perfect for your seafood dinner spread.

Add lobster and crab meat chunks for that extra body and rich texture, and a more satisfying 1 dish meal.

Cooking Instructions : Put the frozen pack into the refrigerator overnight. Pour the contents into a cooking pot and bring it to a boil before consumption. Put additional chunks of crab meat into the Lobster Bisque for a wonderful meaty soup.ย

Finally we have a chance to taste the lovely soup. Thank you very much for the delicious lobster bisque. We really enjoyed it. I must say it is one of the best frozen soup I have tasted so far! Very identical to some served in restaurants. I added some large prawns meat and baked with a puff pastryโ€™s over it. It made a lovely and delicious light meal!

The different cuts of meat I bought were also very good. Will definitely come back for more.
