Bright straw yellow, with fine and persistent perlage while maintaining limited pressure as recommended by the tradition of this wine. Immensely fresh and intense, revealing decisive fruit notes, with a clear predominance of sage. Expansive and enveloping on the palate but not sweet - typical aromas of Moscato grapes with a long finesse finish.
