Pen Cai is a traditional Chinese dish, meaning "basin vegetables," commonly associated with Lunar New Year. The dish is traditionally layered in a basin or pot and slow-cooked to allow flavors to meld.

Pls kindly thaw 24 hours in the refrigerator (chiller) before serving.
This year, a BBQ grill is provided. Pls place ingredients on the BBQ grill plate to heat up and provide a nice crisp exterior.
The soup has to be heated up separately in another pot.
