Pen Cai FREE BBQ Grill (FROZEN) (4-6pax)

Pen Cai is a traditional Chinese dish, meaning "basin vegetables," commonly associated with Lunar New Year. It features a rich one-pot medley of ingredients like meats, mushrooms, and seafood, symbolizing abundance and prosperity. Originating from the Hakka people in China, it is not exclusive to Singapore but is enjoyed worldwide during festive occasions. The dish is traditionally layered in a basin or pot and slow-cooked to allow flavors to meld.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Pls kindly thaw 24 hours in the refrigerator (chiller) before serving.

This year, a BBQ grill is provided. Pls place ingredients on the BBQ grill plate to heat up and provide a nice crisp exterior. 

The soup has to be heated up separately in another pot.
