Items will arrive cooked and chilled. Please follow the instructions provided with the items. 

REHEATING ADVICE

  1. Use Conventional Oven
  2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsious
  3. Place the pork knuckle in the oven, covered with aluminium foil and heat for 20 minutes
  4. Increase the temperature of oven to 240 degrees celcious than continue to heat for another 15 minutes
  5. Product is ready to serve. 

* Reheating instructions serves only as a guide. 
Time and Temperature adjusments may be necessary due to differences of ovens.
